Join us as Sales Development Representative (SDR) and help shape the future of sales driving meaningful impact!
As one of our first Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), you’ll be at the forefront of building our sales function from the ground up. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you’ll drive top-of-funnel growth by generating, qualifying, and nurturing leads. You’ll collaborate with the sales team to engage with the world’s biggest brands, including markets in San Francisco, London, and Australia, and contribute to the world-changing mission at the core of our business.

As SDR at Goodstack, your mission will be to:
- Drive global pipeline growth: Qualify inbound leads and proactively engage outbound prospects across key markets.
- Maximise event engagement: Partner with marketing to boost attendance at conferences and follow up with event leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Qualify leads and accelerate pipeline velocity: Identify high-potential leads, ensure accurate CRM data in HubSpot, and share valuable insights to refine messaging.
- Collaborate and optimise: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to optimise lead generation and improve messaging.
After 3 months, success will look like:
- Outbound lead generation and pipeline growth: Proactively engage 100+ outbound prospects/month, converting 15-20 leads into SQLs.
- Pipeline management: Create and maintain a healthy outbound pipeline of 50-75 opportunities.
- Lead qualification: Qualify leads, ensuring high conversion rates (10-15%) and accurate CRM tracking.
- Event engagement: Convert 20-30 event leads into qualified sales opportunities.
- Collaboration and process optimisation: Contribute to sales messaging improvements, increasing lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Market expertise: Develop a deep understanding of target markets and refine strategies based on feedback.

Ideal Experience
- SDR, BDR, or sales role, with a focus on outbound prospecting.
- Familiarity with HubSpot for CRM management and lead tracking.
- Passion for social impact and mission-driven businesses.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with prospects at all levels.
Bonus if you have knowledge or love of:
- Selling multi-product solutions, articulating value across offerings.
- Leveraging AI to streamline sales processes.
- Enterprise SaaS sales, managing longer sales cycles.
- Social impact, sustainability, or mission-driven work.
- Prior start-up experience, shaping sales processes.
